The hotel was in a great location in Asakusa. It was really close to Senso-ji Temple, and a couple train stops to Tokyo Skytree. The staff was professional and polite, spoke English so check-in was a breeze. There was free coffee/drinks in the lobby, as well as a quiet room to relax with different vending machines. The hotel was a little smaller than anticipated, but still roomy enough. We got a room with 2 twin beds. There was a long desk which was nice and the beds were on stands so we were able to store our suitcases underneath without it taking up more space in the room. The bathroom was smaller than I thought it was going to be. It was like a cruise ship bathroom with shower only and space for a toilet and small sink. Just enough space.

The location was amazing - few minutes walk from the Senso-Ji Temple which is very beautiful. I like the area of Asakusa - it’s nice to walk around with the temple area and has a good vibe but it’s not in a really mad noisy area of Tokyo. I love those areas too but it’s nice to get away! Staff were very friendly. Free coffee & hot drinks in the reception area. I had an amazing view of the Skytree which was great. Very close to Tawaramachi and Asakusa subway stations and lots of shops very close by, like 7/11 and bakeries etc. I really liked it and wished I had booked more nights here and was sad to leave.

The hotel is newly built and newly opened. Everything was really fresh and nice. The rooms are small but that is normal in Japan. It's good that you can pick up the amenity you need yourself at the reception. Coffee machine is available at the reception and is included every day. The hotel is well and quietly located, close to kitchenstreet and the Don Quijote 24/7 store. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Tawaramachi station, subway Ginza line. It takes about 30 minutes to go to Ueno station if you go on the JR Pass. I liked the hotel, I will come back again.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the space under the bed was sufficient for our medium sized suitcases (but any bigger and they wouldn't have fit, taking them in and out was a little twisty but fine). Nice lounge, working washing machine and dryer plus s coffee station. Functional kettle and proper cups in the room. Good connection to multiple subway lines. Sumida river and skytree in easy walking distance. Nice restaurants (even vegan and gluten-free options) and a supermarket pretty much next door.

We loved this hotel. Great location for the metro and walking. Close to a 7/11. The staff were lovely, and communal area really nice with a great atmosphere. A friendly, cheerful and vibrant vibe, soft lighting, quiet unobtrusive music - I think suitable to anyone. The 24/7 free bakery was amazing and a real treat. Iced water and tea/coffee on tap. Room was great, and clean. Nice bathroom. Thank you - we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return, and highly recommend.
